Aww Yeah! Looks like I finally cracked the code and got below 210. Less than 1 lb to my first goal. I was able to stick to my fast day and eat only the food I had planned. I did not cave in and eat any of the chocolate that my client had lying around the house yesterday, which was a big win. Happy Wednesday everyone.
