Application and not buying packets of biscuits and scoffing them all. Bought some muesli bars - love those soft oat bars - this has to stop. Having to watch the liquid intake as I must not get dehydrated - got told off by the nurse lady on the mine the other day.
82.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
