I went ahead and weighed in this morning just so I knew where I was at. I'm up 0.4lbs from 25 days ago. I'm ok with that. Considering I've fluctuated more then 0.4lbs on a day to day basis, that basically means I was at maintenance while I was MIA. Not going to complain about keeping the weight I've lost so far off ;-) That's really where I assumed I would be. I was a little worried it might actually be a pound or two up (which is why I weighed in this morning to check)- but I think that was just me stressing, lol.
Back to calorie tracking today. Hopefully get down into the 140s in May =)
