Mama Isabella's Journal, 06 Feb 22

I have been working so hard to lose this weight and saying no to all the delicious foods that normally I would eat without thinking!😋However, I must say that losing the weight so far has been enough to help me not feel too bad about not been able to eat a tub of ice-cream or 10 small chocolate bars.😳I woke up the other day and felt so exhausted I couldn't believe it and that was the day I found out my weight had crept up to 99 kilos.📈I felt so bad and oh so sad that I had allowed my self to go from 74 kilos right up to almost 100 kilos.😭
Anyway, this week has been a new start and I am grateful that I have been given a new start - a new chapter in my life!👍I fully intend to give it my very best!💯%I am aiming to be back down to 60 kilos by Christmas!🎄Will I make it - I am going to give it a darn good try!
