Not a good week at all with weight, food, portion size and pain all increasing and activity and motivation going down 😔 I only have myself to blame for the disappointment I feel about myself
Let's hope next week I can get my act together and move towards my goal
77.3 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh I hope next week is better. Are you keeping warm? I wonder if some of Booti’s mediations and stuff would help? I’m sure she said it was a free app… just make sure you keep coming here to keep us in the picture.

Bad weeks happen, but don’t beat yourself up about it. Draw a line and try to have a better week next week. Look for those small positives.
