I haven't been posting again for a while so here is my progress, I am having some difficulty with keeping my head in the game here but I try to keep up as much as I can,
I did go out Tuesday Febuary 8th and shoveled around our vehicles, trash can and our porch while waiting on my parents to show up to look at my vehicle to see why it is bogging down when going about 40-45mph and the rpm extremely fluctuating and surging well ended up taking it to the shop to run diagnostic tests just to find out that it is going to need a New catalytic converter and possibly muffler so that is stressing me out majorly, I am also trying to get me a job but till it's fixed it's going to be tough for a bit.
I also had fallen behind a few weeks on my measurements of my body so I have to figure out something to fix that gap.
then I typed up a step, cal burned, distance and time active sheet and completely typed it up wrong so I have to go fix that,
now I got my goals set till 2023 for my weight loss and if things goes as planned i should weigh a min of 221lbs by March of 2023 if not before. I plan on being at least 260 if not 250 by March 1 2022,
118.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
