So that 1/2 lb down is back, I guess I am inching down slowly. I will turn 62 this month and am hoping to NOT gain 7 lbs for my birthday like I did last year. Just read a post from a weight lifter, I can't believe I've kept up the weight training program for several months now. Can't remember when I started but I think it's been about 6 months? I've been mostly working out with dumbells at home but the weather's improved. Last week the streets were icy, this week it's Springtime in OKC. I need to get back into the gym my husband paid for us to join, anyway, see if I can increase the weight a couple of lbs. I like the machines, lat pulldowns, seated rows & tricep press. Can't do those at home! I did reply to the post explaining I wanted to get stronger - won't happen if I don't push myself! (Disclaimer - not me in the pic, LOL!)
65.3 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
