Down to 201.2 after a 1400 calorie day, weight lifting, and two 30 minute treadmill walks. Will add 30 minutes of treadmill and a swim after dinner each night. Watched my initial P90X intro video yesterday. A lot of attempted upselling right off the bat, but the routines look great. Will eat 1000 calories today and then 1500-1600 for the rest of the week.
