up alittle today.. i have had less water but am eating good except for the fruits.. arrg i need to boost water and keep it the same i really want to see if my body loses while eating the fruit.. i have missed them!
89.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I would love to try the fruit again but dont think im ready. I have missed them too! I cut up pineapple for other people and cant eat it. Not right! lol I hope the weight loss evens out for you.
