Thank you!! I'm still dieting to lost the last bit haha but am researching my maintenance intake, I have a feeling it's going to be hard not to stop at 1200 cals for my daily intake =/

How tall are you? Then you can see how much weight you could afford to lose incase you keep on losing with 1200cal. Maybe even an extra glass of milk would put you on maintaining calories for this weight if you don't feel like eating more and want to stay at this weight.

I am 170cm or 5ft 7in, I think I'm going to eat how I do but have my occasional favourite foods inclusive to prevent me from going crazy

Sounds like a good way to do it:-) i admire you i struggle to keep it at 1600 or lower each day and am probably maintaining with that.

The way I see it is that if you do follow a decent diet and have the occasional treat then you'll be alright in the long run. I have had cake, lollies, pizza, chocolate etc in these last 2-3 weeks and still reached my goal weight

I have a feeling that if I regain some weight it will be for muscle as I'm doing strength training a bit more at the gym

Yes i had that i'm 2kg heavier but look smaller. Atleast I did my diet and exercise routine us very mucked up at the moment.

I can't stop counting my calories lol and even if I have my favourite foods, I can't help but freak a little o.O

Me neither even if I don't log it i know it in my head! I'm living at my parents for the week so it's hard to keep up my food routine, apparently i've gone a bit weird lol:-)

Haha weird is my religion =P I can't stop the chocolate at the moment lol I am controlling my everyday portion but yeah definitely my chocolate week XD

Same! Bloody timtams i couldn't stop eating! Atleast they were dark timtams but still. Here's to our chocolate week and back on track next week! Oops forgot i'll be having plane good next week bugger:-( i'll arrive all bloated lol:-)

Haha here's to our chocolate week, I am finishing my easter eggs and my boyfriend's too =P He doesn't mind he has forgotten about them lol. Tim tams!! OMG! missing them haha but I have white chocolate =P

Yum easter eggs! I hope you enjoy every bite! I still have one bunny left but will let my kids have it I think cos they've been off sweets for ages to keep it special. Feel a bit bad pigging out secretly while they are in bed! Why why WHY is chocolate so yummy????

Who know right? I have counted what I just ate and it is 4 dream mini eggs and 8 dairy milk mini solid eggs and and and I WANT MORE!!! I don't think it will kill me to have more, I mean I do leave my calories open for these splurges and onc these foods are gone they aren't allowed back into my house so it's a blessing in disguise
