Finally the Whoosh! After getting the undiagnosed diabetes both diagnosed and under control, there is finally an explanation to the unexplained rapid weight gain and now hopefully, the road to normalcy has begun.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it is a relief to know why the body is doing something. I had weight gain from undiagnosed thyroid problems... such a relief to know!!! best wishes for you and your health!!!

Thank you! For awhile, I could drink a glass of water and gain 3 pounds. I had no idea my blood sugar was close to 500 everyday for who knows how long. I have thyroid issues as well; fortunately, that was diagnosed a few years back and treated. Good luck with your treatment with your diagnosis and make sure they check your blood at least yearly.
