I havent had a BM in a week so I am feeling alittle bloaty. not that anyone cares about that ... my water has gone down recently so I am attempting to bring that back up!!
88.7 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
