The 7000+ mile trip to Alaska cost me 5 pounds in 12 days. I was 123 pounds after finding a scale 9 days into the trip but I managed to drop 3 pounds by exercising & counting calories.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
