I barely drank any water yesterday and my bowels refuse to move. I'm going to stop weighing in daily, it's just getting very frustrating. I wanted to do it until next week for my appointment but I prefer to keep my sanity.
125.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 60.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
