No loss or gain which is ok. I took Letty's toning class yesterday via zoom, and walked about 2 miles in afternoon. I like that I have options to keep active. The campground we are staying at has a small fitness center so today I'm going to do a utube video and walk on treadmill. Food wise I'm doing ok. I'm not a rigid when we are traveling. Weather has been bad so no ATVing so far. Maybe towards end of week. 💜👍
