I was able to hit the gym every day this week. Next week I have to hit the road but plan to take two meals per day so I only have to dinner while traveling. Should be able to keep things on track this way. 12000 steps yesterday and on track today as well.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
