Whoops my doctor has just recalculated my weight goal and it is now under 70 kg. So I must readjust my whole outlook ! I am still very confident that I can do it. He is giving me 6 months to try to get close to my goal. So here goes the new Lesley!
83.1 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are doing so very well, and indicating from your progress until now, you will certainly put a smile on your doctors face in 6 months time as you will achieve that goal I am sure
