Surgery was 2 weeks ago, plus with Christmas I was totally expecting the weigh in to be high. I’m actually surprised it wasn’t higher, so I’m kind of happy. I’m technically allowed to go to the gym this week, but I have to take it super slow so I don’t cause damage. But my motivation is super high, so I’m not really worried about the setback.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
