Had a SUCCESSFUL Christmas party last night. Took one bite of a cookie, piece of fudge & piece of cake (& they weren't that good)! Got up and the scale is has been moving in the right direction and MORE IMPORTANTLY, I feel good about myself for the first time in a long while😊😊😊😊😊
