I think I’m quite dehydrated today, so the number is probably not quite as accurate an indication of general fat-loss. I suspect I’ll be hovering around this number for a few weeks as my body recovers. But all that being said, I’m so proud of myself- I’m finally starting to get my old clothes out of storage because I can fit them for the first time in 3 years.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
