Did not get 10000 steps in yesterday, but Had some fun snowshoeing then went to a movie. Ate healthy by taking healthy snacks up to the mountain and before the movie, and then did not have my usual large extra butter and salt popcorn (with a diet pop, of course :-P). Nice to not have puffy fingers this morning!

Time to start the 10000 step challenge! I have today off so have no (valid) excuses for slacking off on walking. may walk down to the local Y (which is about three miles away) and check out their workout options. I have a friend who is planning on going early in the mornings, which would help me keep accountable in going, too. (She would not hesitate in calling me on slacking off in my workouts...but then I would do the same for her. :) )
