off to a 5am crossfit session, they talked me into it yestersay. i may be hooked...
52.2 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

learned how to clean&press. 55lbs, for now. this am was mostly cardio, 6 rounds of: 12cal burn biking, 15 barbell squat thrust/press things (35lbs), 200 meter runs, then 15 burpees (had 5 mins to complete it all, each round) 🤷🏽‍♀️
