Well, after a weekend of poor choices I'm glad I didn't see a gain. With the kids home and the business that it brings; it was too easy to justify convenience foods (see yesterday's lunch). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my measurements. While my hips and chest didn't change I had a gain in my thighs, waist, and arms (1,2,1 respectively). Oh, well, gotta keep moving forward. Happy journey everyone.

Yes, I understand. On weekends I am giving myself a break and eating what I don't eat during the week days. For instance I made breaded fish & french fries last night. All baked in oven. Fish was cod from Sams club, quite good and just frozen fries. Quick meal that the entire family enjoyed. But now I won't have bread or such for the week. Although I did bake a loaf of cinnamon, raise, pecan bread. I had that too but now will abstain. LOL Good luck this week, we are having rain all week and I lost my pedometer so guess I won't do a whole lot of walking anyway. I am looking another day or so then I guess I will have to bite the bullet and go buy a new one.
