Thanks friends yes that is a low for me
I've never said anything on here but I actually had a stroke in December last year and spent months in hospital
They say I'm very lucky I've since quit smoking and changed my diet and had to learn to walk again and use my left side of my body. I'm now back at work and have been going to the gym 3 days a week getting stronger

I am with u in sentiment. myself had a very bad heart attack aged 40yrs. I am still here going strong . don't give up keep going.
