still very tightly restricting carbs, sugars and fodmap foods.
84 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 29 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

keep going slow and steady. plan your menu and shopping 4 ingredients. replace items u cannot eat with something else.
