Give it a couple of weeks, your body might think you're starving it so it's doing what it can to survive! It'll get the message soon and you should start dropping.

16 hrs fasting and only 8 to eat. look up Keto diet and pick your fav foods. Then loads of stuffing around to work out calorie counting to reduce intake. I've just completed a calender month of 600 calories per day. lost 15kg. No fun and very small bland portions. have now allowed myself 900cal per day, thereabouts. And could go back to 600 if weight goes back on

Stick at it, it's always hard at first but give your body time to get use to the changes you're making and you'll start to lose the weight. It may pay to try Intermittent Fasting. You may want to start out by doing 14 hours fasting and a 10 hour window to eat. You can start and finish at a time that is convenient for you. We're all behind you here 💯👍

Takes time friend. Stick at it. My scales did not want to budge at first, it’s a matter of getting the body to adjust and it takes time. Little tweaks here and there will help you. One thing that’s really important is making sure you’re getting a LOT of protein. Like 30-40% protein per day. Another thing is to try intermittent fasting this gets the body into fat burning mode. Try to cut out as many carbs as you can generally. Do some resistance training excersises to build a little bit of muscle each day. As muscles grow they will help with burning more calories per day. To build muscle you don’t need the gym, just going for a good walk every day, walk up some flights of steps or start doing squats at home, or a few push ups. This is more than enough to start building some muscle in the beginning. You will get the hang of it and you will get there! Just remember The body wants to stay the same so if you just cut calories it will compensate in other ways, by slowing down the metabolism. Keto diet works like intermittent fasting it puts the body into fat burning mode. I can’t do a strict Keto diet, it doesn’t work for me personally because I love fruit too much, but intermittent fasting that is the reason whenever my scales drop. To push my weight loss a little bit harder each month, I’ll do a week of IF. Then the rest of the month I eat normal (reduced) calories and the body wants to equalise and adjusts to the new weight. Each month I push it a bit harder for a week and drop a couple more kilos. Then maintain the new weight, then drop again. Each day do some excersise like walking or steps to build up muscle strength. Remember it takes many months to lose the weight. This is a long game. We are all here to cheer you on and celebrate your wins and even to pick you up again if you fall 💗

Your weigh fluctuates, so that is normal. 1Kg of fat is 7700 Cal, so to lose that over a month, you would need to be in calorie deficit of ~250 Cal per day. Then do it for 2 months etc etc until your body adjusts to the right weight for you. If you try to do it too quickly you might end up too hungry and miserable, which leads to giving up.
