last day on military diet for this week going to keep planning meals and sticking to it plus i have 2 sets of exercises im doing on my off days to help me im very proud of myself i havent had a single soda in at least 4 days i know i can do this i have everyone here and a few friends that are supporting me :) thank you all. im hoping to be less than 150 by june 2 2015 if i calculated right. wooo hooo im happy as heck right now.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing soda is a great accomplishment. It is terrible for us!

I looked into the military diet - very restrictive! You have a lot of willpower, congrats.

thank you all i am very proud of myself. i will weigh in again after i get up at 5:30 am after i exercise for the day except my 20 min brisk walk. looking forward to losing more weight :D
