Ahoy there FS friends,


Had a bad run off the tracks last week, which promptly saw me hit the 56kg mark again (last weekend), but looks like it's coming back down now that I've regained some composure...



Not upset or worried - I know where I went wrong and what I did, this is my body's way of telling me I was going the wrong way.

On the plus side, training has been amazing - getting closer and closer to my fitness goals, and hopefully I'll get there just in time for my physical tests (Sep-Oct 15')!!
55.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
