I managed to put some good habits back in place in December; paid attention to what I was eating, when I was eating and how much I was moving, as well as finding ways to manage stress besides snacks and sugar.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
