FINALLY! Have broken through my very frustrating plateau that lasted almost a month. Have been wavering between 111 and 112 for weeks. Stepped up my exercise a little this week and as a result lost 3 kg. Crazy. I didn't step it up that much! So relieved to have passed my mini goal. Thought I was going to fly past it weeks ago. Now to get to double digits - that's my next mini goal. Going on a 8 day cruise in October - good incentive to keep plugging away!
