My weight's going like a yoyo again. up a pound, down a pound. As long as my overall, long-term progress is downward.
27.3% bodyfat. I really need to bring that down.

Again, I don't cre as much about weight as I do bodyfat percentage.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

are weigh ins essential for you? I avoid them, but am back to tracking food after a season of emotional eating got me tired of saying "Poshmark, send me fat clothes."
