It's been ages since I visited this site. I'm refocused to make my goal weight again. I'm in Ketosis and have started my exercise program. We are off on a Simpson desert trip in June and I need to be fit enough to get off my camping mattress with ease and walk the dunes with my kids! Great insensitive!!!
63.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
