So I am up a lil bit again but that isn't as bad as I thought. I actually lost a lb while I was in Las Vegas last week. I guess that's what walking 61 miles in 5 days will do for you even with all the buffets and desserts we consumed. It's time to get back on track now for the upteenth time, lol.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
