Yay, 79kg. This is the first time I have been under 80kg in over 10 years. So happy. I am also going to my GP tomorrow to have blood pressure taken to see if I can stop taking medication for hypertension. Stay tuned.
79 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
