In Baltimore all last week. Went weighing 122 & came pound 1.8 pounds more. Not bad for eating good all week. Worked out an hour each day.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
