Gone back up, but I feel this is muscle weight. I'm definitely feeling stronger and my body shape hasn't changed that much. Perhaps even a little tighter around the stomach area. Wanting to do an extra yoga and boxing session this week. Really boost metabolism for every day. Exercise definitely helping the IBS symptoms 😄 ending January feeling strong 🙌
