Yay, dropping weight easy now that I'm off un-natural sugar and have enough hours in between foods for digestion. Vegetables 2 and half to 3 hours and fruits 1 and half to 2 hours for digestion. separating the two has made a huge difference and still have had no IBS flare ups :-)
60.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
