Happy to be this weight after 2 nights of binge eating (smarties, crisps!). Note to self, go to bed by 10.30pm. Find if up later, thoughts turn to food.

Saturday and Sunday. Did not eat well and feel bloated. Ate 1.25 cinnabons and feeling disgusted. Also ate 3 slices of white bread. Really don't thing white flour and processed food agree with me. Need to keep this in mind
80.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
