ehh what a terrible week!! I'm back to where I started. I've been slowly introducing natural sugar and seemed fine. I think bananas is what set of the Candida which lead to uncontrolled any thing sugar consumption and then IBS flare up. I'm hoping half of it is just fluid. All around my face, legs and tummy is quit swollen and uncomfortable.

Back on track!! Noted, just never touch any sugars. at most a berrie. Bananas are too high in sugar for my system to handle. Now I need to back track and kill off the candida again. Oh well, fun times at the gym ahead 😀 Goal, lose it all again in two weeks. 2 kg of fluid will drop easy and the rest is fat. Bring it
