I was worried about my first weigh in last night, but it seems that I've managed to move my weight in the right direction... down!

Woohoo! That's a load off my mind.
129.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
