Weight is dropping off slower than usual. I'm almost positive it's the quest bar. Going to cut that out today & see what the scale says tomorrow.
56.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
