Bugger! Had a weight gain this week. Although, 2 steps forward and 1 step back is still moving in the right direction so I'm not that disappointed. Just means I should actually follow the diet somewhat instead of not at all.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

Hang in there Alexander, keeping a diary and monitoring your food intake helps me alot and keeps me on track and remember 1.4 kg gain is better than 3 or 4 kilos. Good luck.

dana, I agree with everything you said. But keeping this diary is so time consuming it makes it difficult to keep it up to date.

I understand Alexander, it was difficult for me at first with keeping everything on paper, it was time consuming and a pain in the ass. I knew what I ate would affect my results but at the time I needed to know why I did it. By recording the I eat and how I felt on the day(e.g.happy/stress/bored), helps me to cope with some of the emotions and unexpected by having something in place.
