I did it! I dropped those 2 kg's I put on! I have reduced my sodium intake by more than half, used to be 1800 - 2000 ish (without adding any salt to my food O.O) now its under 800 for the past few days. I wonder if that means I lost fat and not water? Or maybe both? Well happy to be where I was when I joined a couple weeks ago, now to lose a few more! ^_^

I had a really delicious dinner last night, poached chicken breast in garlic broth on top of a cucumber, tomato, kale and feta salad. Only problem was that it wasn't filling and I felt hungry 20mins later. The shakes pretty much keep me full till my next meal. Maybe I'll add more salad tonight and see if that keeps me full longer. I only had as much salad as I had chicken so it probably wasn't quite enough.
145 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 75 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Not sure how much chicken u had but if you upped that it would be higher protien which would of kept u fuller longer. Thats what protien does...suppress the appetite 😊

Thanks guys. Yep I've been setting my alarm to remind me to eat so having at least 3 meals. I had half a chicken breast which was about 230g. Maybe I'll add an egg this time too. I read something about hunger pains not always being a sign of hunger, and that were used to using food to make the feeling go away that we associate it with hunger but its sometimes to do with the levels of acid in your gut. So I just try not to eat anything more if I get that feeling soon after I've already had a meal and just assume its that.

Great stuff, you might want to watch your carbs, the decrease or increase in Insulin is what signals your hunger. Before I started my weight loss Ice-cream was my favorite. I can tell you I was genuinely hungry all the time. Now that I have cut most of my carbs I have zero to no cravings. hang in there a bit longer. The more you consciously eat well the more it becomes a habit and the more determination you will have.
