The Monday after the Women's Winter Weekend! I did not expect to lose a whole lot - if anything. Avoided the chocolate, but did eat outa: pasta, cream sauce, popcorn w/butter, etc. Just tried to reduce the quantity. Glad to see I did not gain!
75.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
