Today has been a tough day I worked for 10 hrs and I'm trying to stay away from sugar 😞 sugar is my down fall
83.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you had a tough day 😥 I know the feeling of long days. How about fresh fruit which does contain sugar but it's b healthier as you know than sweets
