Woke up this morning and discovered that I had finally broken past the 230 lb mark. I'm back in the 20's for the first time in over a year. It felt good to see that first thing in the morning. I stayed on track with the eating today though we did eat out tonight and I'm concerned how that will affect my weigh in tomorrow.
