Tired this morning but managed to drag myself outside for a shorter than usual hike but at least I got the exercise in. Also, back down this morning with my weigh in. Have a happy Wednesday.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
