Haven't changed much this is in the morning after gym.
I have cut down alcohol, eating more fruit, no sugar or salt.

However, my weight can fluctuate up to 2Kg.
I must drink more water....
69.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
