I plan to reduce the blow outs over the festive season. Not starving myself, small healthy meals and especially something to eat before joining any family get together.
At family get togethers; go for healthy options; seafood and salads, nuts(no fried foods, fries, cakes)
Keep up the water, reduce the alcohol(goal here will be minimum one for one).
