Yesterday was a really pretty day. We planned early to cookout on the grill. We walked to the grocery store and purchased a couple of huge t-bone steaks that were on sale. We had salads with them but then finished with a slice coconut cake from church. Calorie wise we did okay but I have noticed that, that much red meat tends to hang around in my gut longer. I'm not blaming the cake. I think it was all that meat. I'm hoping for a better day today. Just keeping it real...
